How do I check out when I am ready to surprise my pet?
When you are ready to check out, please proceed to your cart and select check out. Beg Pets works with Stripe, a hosted payment processor to securely complete your purchase. If you are signed into your customer account, any saved payment methods will appear here. If you do not have an account, you can choose the Stripe payment option and enter card details to complete your purchase. Any saved payment methods will be stored securely with Stripe.
How do I cancel my order?
Order cancelation can be done through your customer account. If you are using Guest Check Out to place your order - choose the Log In option, type the email used to place your order and choose Forgot Password. You will receive an email to reset your password and will be able to log in to make your cancelation request.
How does shipping work?
Beg Pets works with EasyPost to make sure your products arrive at your doorstep. Beg Pets collects the shipping cost to be able to support this function of the site. Our vendors (sellers) have the option to use their own shipping provider or to use one that Beg Pets offers. Tracking may not always be offered for shipped products. Please allow time for your order to arrive as these items are coming from small businesses who want to provide the best products they have to offer! Shipping rates are set by the carrier based off of weight, size, and material being packaged.
How long does Beg Pets keep my data?
For those who sign up, your data is saved until you request it be deleted. If you are a seller and are unable to continue your subscription but hope to come back some day soon, your shop will remain available to resubscribe. If you no longer wish to be a pack member, you simply request that your data be removed entirely. Once requested, Beg Pets will proceed with deleting your data from our site.

With your free subscription to a Beg Booth, you will get to kick-start your brand with Beg Pets! This is a one-time offer to set up shop and start selling! Test us out and see if Beg Pets fits your business model. If you’re new to online sales or are familiar and interested in expanding your business reach, this is a great place to start! After your subscription expires, you will need to upgrade to one of the paid subscription plans. How do I sign up to sell my products?
We are so excited that you want to sell with us! To sign up, navigate to our Become a Seller page. Note that once you begin the sign up process, you must complete all the steps required including submitting your sellers permit and any other relevant documentation. If you leave the sign up page, you will not be able to return to complete this process with the same email. If you do leave the page and want to return to complete this process, please contact Beg Pets. Sellers signing up are required to set up a Stripe account in order to receive your earnings from each sale. We have made this simple and stress free through the Stripe hosted dashboard! Stripe splits the total sale cost between the vendors who sold products during a single transaction. Beg Pets also collect taxes on behalf of our vendors. Expect an email soon after signing up requesting completion of a W9 form so we can get your 1099 to you at the start of the year!
